Lin Gao

Lin Gao is associate professor with Insititute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He received his PhD degree from Tsinghua University in 2014 under guidance of Prof. Shi-Min Hu. His research primarily centers on algorithmic issues in geometry processing, including shape modeling, analysis, editing, etc. I am now working as a visiting professor in Prof. Leif Kobbelt group in RWTH Aachen university.

  • The paper "Rigidity Controllable As-Rigid-As-possible Shape Deformation" has been conditional accepted by Computational Visual Media 2017 and will be refereeing for Graphical Models.

  • The paper "Data-Driven Shape Interpolation and Morphing Editing" has been accepted by Computer Graphics Forum.

  • The funding "Royal Society-Newton Mobility Grant" has been supported by NSFC and Royal Society.

  • The paper "Efficient and Flexible Deformation Representation for Data-Driven Surface Modeling" has been accepted by ACM TOG and will be presented at SIGGRAPH 2016.
